Designing a Corporate Office that reflects both style and class was a welcome challenge for Andy Home. The 23,000 sq. ft., office is an amalgamation of functionality and style with clean lines and meticulous detail to spaces and furniture. Within the sprawling premises each space has been designed with the utmost precision enveloping both form and functionality.

“I did not want the regular, run-of-the-mill office; but a smart and elegant space” - Managing Director.

“The Clients wanted us to create a modern-looking office keeping the profile of the company in mind, yet being ahead of time in terms of style.” Geetanjali Anand.

The reception area is a classy mix of several muted colours including elements like marble and wood. The reception’s waiting area is stylishly jazzed up with faux leather couches, black lamps on the side-tables and black framed paintings, thus breaking the monotony of earthy colours in the flooring and on the reception desk.

“The colour scheme is toned down throughout the office keeping in mind the corporate profile. Here, use of various colours could prove distracting. Furthermore, the colour scheme makes the entire office appear uniform. Even the artwork blends in with the muted wallpapers, giving the space an unobtrusive appeal,” explains Geetanjali.

The plush passage leading to the executive area is atypical, while the marble wall on one side and the glass doors on the other lend the space an energetic feel. With subtle contrasts in textures through material changes and ambient lighting this space becomes an unexpected feature of the office.

The stainless steel carved consoles with leather chairs and table lamps add to the lavish feel of the passage. By adding a few bold pieces of furniture this rudimentary space is transformed into a statement that has a positive impact on visitors.

The two executive offices are equipped with LCD panels, luxurious seating, large paintings and elegant chandeliers providing a plush and expansive feel.

The Chairman’s office features a large classically styled desk and media cabinet with matching seating as well as a modern chesterfield sofa and complementary chairs upholstered in rich suede with leather trims.

The Managing Director’s office has a black leather and stainless steel desk as he wanted the space to look unconventional. There is significant detail in the carving of the stainless steel panel. The forms and shapes of the furniture are a mix of contemporary and classic, upholstered with rich fabrics and embellishments. The use of stainless steel, glass, high-gloss polish, tile and rich wood lend the space a unique look. Oversized desks, Italian leathers, glass-clad tables, onyx topped-tables, subtle wallpapers, walls with leather panels and modern art complete the space brilliantly.

The different art pieces chosen for each room reflect a well-articulated connection between fashion, design and art, giving spaces an international appeal. The chic, modern and eclectic interiors create a stimulating ambience, which make working at this corporate headquarters stylishly luxurious.

“We have used a lot of stainless steel and glass in a way that transforms the coldness, these two materials are often associated with.” - Geetanjali Anand.
