As the name describes, parts of the is deep, comfortable and subtly winged armchair are unfinished and left in their raw state. Constructed from Teak wood, parts of the frame have been left unfinished, creating a dramatic contrasts between the soft fabric and the treated legs, which are finished with a dark brown polish. The front of the chair is upholstered with a orange velvet from Kapaas, which wraps around the top of the frame, bordered in part with gold thumb tacks. The back of the chair clearly shows the exposed framework that supports the cushioning. The back is upholstered with a woven herringbone fabric from Kachi.
